The result: an inefficient working immune system, which makes you very susceptible to diseases exhaustion.

Besides relaxing and exercising regularly, a healthy diet really helps to prevent or reduce stress symptoms. Eat regularly and choose pure, whole foods. Especially organic fruits and vegetables, legumes, lean organic meat or poultry and raw nuts and seeds. Use only cold-pressed oils and natural fats such as extra virgin coconut oil, olive oil, hemp oil and butter.

Magnesium is a perfect anti-stress mineral. Magnesium relaxes (muscle) tension and plays an important role in the conversion of energy in your body. Also, magnesium is essential in the production of enzymes, proteins and bone growth. Green leaf vegetables (spinach, endive, cabbage, kale, etc.), nuts, legumes and fish are rich in magnesium.
